How To Apply For A Launch Package

Are you a developer looking to extend the reach of your brand new title before launch? Are you looking for an expansive and reliable key distribution experience that will target outlets that are valuable and relevant for your game? Terminals.io not only acts as a source for news, updates, and assets in gaming but also provides an affordable campaign management tool for AAA and indie devs alike. The following is a quick tutorial on how to apply for a Launch Package, so you can take advantage of what Terminals can offer!

THE SIGN-UP PROCESS
 
Step 1: Once you have arrived on the Terminals Services page, you will be presented with a selection of our available packages. Once you have reviewed the options, click “Apply” on the package that best fits your needs to get started. 

You can find a more in-depth breakdown of our services further down this page as well as an FAQ at the bottom. If you have any follow-up questions and wish to discuss custom packages, you can select the “Contact Us” button to get in touch with our admin team who will be happy to help.

Step 2: Fill in the required fields to get started by either signing into an existing Terminals.io account or creating a new account. If possible, use an email attached to your company’s domain for registration (ie. [email protected]).

Step 3: Now that you’ve either registered or logged in, fill in the application form to tell us some more about your game.

Step 4:  Once you finish this form, click the apply button to send the application to the Terminals.io team. A member of our team will review your application and reach out to you directly by email to either discuss the next steps or to ask some more questions about your situation. You should hear from us within 3 business days, but if you need to, you can also reach out to us directly at [email protected].
 
If you don’t see it in your main inbox, check your junk or spam folder just in case!

Step 5:  After our team has reviewed your application, we’ll send over a contract for you to sign as well as set up payment (either through Stripe or by wire transfer) so that we can officially get started setting up your Terminals Launch Package in our system.

Step 6: This exchange usually takes 2-3 days, and in the meantime, you’ll be able to go through our onboarding process where you’ll provide us with all the necessary details we need to build your game page and help plan out your campaign.

Step 7: Next you’ll let us know what platforms your game will be on at launch or in the near future as well as outline the genres it may fit into and provide a brief synopsis.

Step 8: We’ll also need you to fill in any relevant links for your project. That way we can list these on your Terminals game page so interested content creators can find out more about you and your game and better share it with their audience.

Step 9: Lastly, we’ll need you to put some media assets together, preferably in a Google Drive folder, so that we can better show off your game and ensure that media have the assets they need to make content. If you click on each asset type, it will display the required sizes and file types needed for Terminals and that helps your game look its best on our system.
 

Step 10: Now that you’ve completed all the steps, you can view all of the important details about your Terminals Launch Package on your Terminals Dashboard. From here we’ll reach out and set up a video call so you can talk with our Terminals Admin team and so that we can learn more about you and your project and answer any questions you may still have about Terminals!
